Design and Content Guidelines from the Google webmaster guidelines
Google webmasters guidelines > Design and Content (there are nine guidelines in this category)
The guidelines in this category are listed first in the webmaster guidelines. They cover many problems that are, for the most part, easy to spot and fix. Each of the guidelines are important and webmasters who are familiar with the main concepts of these guidelines are well prepared to create a responsible web presence that is appreciated by both visitors and search engines. Click on the guidelines to go to our detailed pages.
- If you decide to use dynamic pages (i.e., the URL contains a "?" character), be aware that not every search engine spider crawls dynamic pages as well as static pages. It helps to keep the parameters short and the number of them few.
